Bishop Charles E. Brown desires no accolades for himself even though many have referred to him as one of |

the greatest preachers and teachers of his day. He is recognized throughout the Body of Christ for his charismatic |
|
personality and genuine insight that has been a blessing to the Body of Christ. |
|
|
Bishop Brown is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana . He entered the ministry at the tender age of four. He has |
|
consistently preached for the last four decades. He has birthed many sons in the gospel who now pastor thriving |
|
ministries. |
|
| He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Loyola University, New Orleans, Louisiana, 1975; Master of |
| Divinity Degree, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, 1979; Honorary Degree, Crenshaw Christian |
| School of Ministry, Los Angeles, California, 1988; and enrolled in a Doctor of Ministry Program, Oral Roberts |
| University, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 1987. |

| Department (Office of Supt. Edwin P. Compass III) and Spiritual Consultant to Mayor Ray Nagin. Also, Bishop Brown was |
| named in International Who's Who of Professionals, 1999. He also serves as a Board Member of Save Africa's Children |
| headed by Bishop Charles E. Blake. |

| Bishop Brown has preached to thousands at conferences and conventions, and led numerous seminars and |
| leadership trainings. He has organized youth explosions across the country and many young people have been |
| saved, delivered, filled with the Holy Spirit as well as received the calling of God for their lives in these meetings. |

| Because of his leadership, Full Gospel Church of God in Christ was named as one of seventeen most excellent |
| congregations in America in a book written by University of North Carolina Pastoral Division. |
|
| Bishop Brown has several tape series that are in demand, "The Abundant Life", "Where Is the Cloud", "God's |
| Gifted Church", "This is My Jubilee", and more. His books include "Can We All Just Get Along", "The Work of |
| the Ministry", and "The Leader's Handbook" (job descriptions for over 70 ministries). |

| Bishop Brown's lovely wife, Connie, whom we affectionately calls "Lady C" who works alongside him in ministry |
| as well as their children, Charles II, his wife Marcia, Dawn, Chad, and Tiffany, her husband Matthew Ratleff. All |
| serve vital roles in the music and fine arts ministry. He presently has three grandsons, Donté Brown, Charles |
| Brown, III & Matthew Ratliff, Jr., and five granddaughters, Parris, Asia, Christina, Destiny and Rayjon. |
